Maintenance Phase

Occurred to me I haven't mentioned the maintenance phase, which I'm just wrapping up now after my Blueprint Run #2.
Nothing drastic here, which is the idea really. It's been a relief to bring calories into the recommended range in The Blueprint, get away from extreme loaded stretches and into the workout template/frequency recommended. Even with all that, I'm looking forward to a nice detox coming up for round 3.
Finally, I'm focusing more on GPP/sled dragging and keeping my chiropractic appointments now. Interestingly enough, doc has noticed the change insofar as "you're not as tight" and "you seem more relaxed". These are good signs that the cement settling effect is taking place that I speak of in The Blueprint.
I'm going to give this one more week because I'm getting a lot out of it. From there it's onward to Blueprint run #3, this time taking a new road...
