Matter made a great post a while back about not eating carbs and fat together as a way to prevent fat gain and aid in muscle building.
What I'd like to do here is make a list of food options, recipes, and plans that can be used by endo's to increase success.
Matter you can be a biiiig help here. I just saw your basic diet plan posted as (something like)
Meal 1: P+F
Meal 2: P+C
Meal 3: P+C
Meal 4: P shake
Meal 5: preworkout stuff
Meal 6: P+C (biggest meal of day)
Meal 7: P+F (pre-bed casein)
What do you specifically have matched up for this?
Anyone else have delicious options to add in?
