Does caffeine stunt your growth? Do you grow slowly when you start your period? I'm 12 and 5'2 I always ask for coffee. My Mom says it stunts your growth and eventually I get what I want which is coffee. I wanna stay 5'2 or maybe grow 1 inch. People say when you start your period you grow slowly and some people say you grow normally. I don't know who to believe. I wanna know if caffeine really stunts your growth and If you start your period, you grow slowly?

No it does not stunt your growth.

You may grow a bit but nowhere near the growth spurts that guys get at puberty.But there is no way of telling how much exactly you will grow.When you are 15/16 most girls dont grow much after that.

In time you will accept your height no matter what it is, you wont be a giant or a midget so you should be happy about that.
