Famine stage meals?

Just started the famine phase today and am freakin starving right now. Does anyone have any famine diets they can shoot my way?

I stick to fruits for most of the day... salads if I feel like it...

both of the above are perfect. Eventually your stomach is just gonna give in and stop complaining. You wont crave too much. Stick to very plain stuff. Bananas and apples seem to sooth my stomach pretty well. This past run I ate a lot of salad and felt sick of it by the end of it. Famine's weird, throughout the day you hit periods of crazy craving and periods where you can care less. Just man up and pull through it.

I drink V8 Fusion all week long. When I ate lots of fruit, the sugars from those gave me stomach problems a couple days in.
