Anyone have a low carb breading recipe?

do any of you have a low carb breading recipe? just looking for a new way to make chicken.

Something I came across a while back (probably looking for hypoallergenic breading) was Falafel mix. Makes a real tasty breading.
Also have tried:
Wheat bran (tastes really awesome toasted)
Flax seed
Normal Bread crumbs
And any of these mixed with seasonings/garlic powder/some flour(soy flour for low carbedness)
