Im new to the blueprint and i just purchased all of my supplements im going to run for it. Should i just save it all and wait till after the season to run the blueprint and periodic after or do it during the season. i have practice 6 days a week. and will my ebol go bad?
If your wrestling practices were anything like mine, I'd suggest sticking with doing BP post season. I'd assume there would be an expiration date on the supplement.
thanks alot! yeah ive never tried anything like the blueprint before on some days i go to the gym before practice but i dont think ill be able to handle the famine during my season and some of the workouts
