Hey,

My name is Usman

This will be my first BP run! I am excited to hopefully see the gains i've been looking for.

I've known about this program for some time now and never really wanted to spend the money to get the program.

After reading all about the success people have had I decided to jump in.

Background:

I am a full on ectomorph, I do not see any weight gains unless I am eating constantly all day. Recently I had to fast for religous reasons ended up losing 15lbs. I am suffering from a L shoulder problem....All of this has brought me down and I haven't really been able to get myself to go into the gym like I used to.

The sad part about all of this is that I am a Senior Fitness Manager for Golds Gym. So i'm in the gym all day and have a good amount of downtime mid day. I am ready to break all of the mental and physical barriers I have created for myself.

Current Weight: 150
Current Body Fat: 9.6% (electrical impedance testing)
Current Injury - Left Shoulder (i can work around it though)

Supplements:

Thermolife Stack
- E-bol
- cbol creatine
- tbol trib

Weight Gainer Protein Powder
Xtend intra workout BCAA
Con-cret creatine
Opti Men vitamins

I could use some advice as far as nutrition goes. How/What to eat with my busy schedule.

Thanks!

OK man, welcome!

Your diet solutions would include the following:

1.) Liquid nutrition - Much easier to drink them than eat them, please see 2.0's shake recipe for a great, home-made gainer.

2.) Quick prep, real food - Please see the "Ancient Grains, God's Food" stickie in this section.

Combining variations of both of these = calorie intake issues OVER. You can add roast beef sandwiches, hard boiled eggs etc. to this to build some variety in, but truthfully the above two should be cornerstones for ecto's/hardgainers.

It isn't always easy, but it can be done. I went from 143lbs at 6' to 252 by eating/drinking my lungs out. At one point, I was so strapped I drank 4 cups of vegetable oil (4000K right there), mixed with chocolate whey protein to get the needed cals. Ate 2000 more from whole foods (was on the anabolic diet).

Ya' gotta do, what cha' gotta do... :)
