Just wondering if anyone else has used this besides myself and Rob?
I used while doing Blueprint 3.0 a few months ago and thought it worked great. I had basically no DOMS and had a great run. My only issue was that after I stopped (I had been using it for 30 days) I kind of felt crappy for the next couple of weeks-just worn out.
I'm considering using it for my next run which is a repeat of a custom recomp program that Rob put together for me last year. I will be using The Formula, KA, and AN. What I'm thinking of doing is using the TrueTurk only during the hardest couple of weeks of the 6 week run, instead of all the way through.
Any comments or suggestions?

Re: TrueTurk
TrueTurk is indeed an excellent product. I've used alongside The BP Mass Stack (didn't want to give that up, given it does me right) and have a LOT of insight here.drtda wrote:Just wondering if anyone else has used this besides myself and Rob?

drtda, please PM me your email address and phone #. I have something special in mind for you...
I used it on my last run, took it for 2 weeks, started taking it in the beginning of my third week of Feast. My recovery time was great, and I intend to take it on my upcoming run. I am hoping that it will allow me to shorten my rest period between on days; I was doing 1 on 2 off, and I want to cut it down to 1 on 1 off for my next run. Definitely recommend, wish they'd cut the price down a little haha
that is pretty cool, gotta appreciate companies that take care of their customers.
I just did some checking and found that there is an equal quantity of turkesterone in MegaTurk and TrueTurk; 100mg each. They're the same price, but you get 50mg of Ecdysterone with the MegaTurk, plus the other stuff they throw in there... ginseng and rutin. So I am definitely going to be going with that on the next order rather than TrueTurk by itself.
My real question about this turkesterone is dosage. Tonvara recommends taking 4 caps, 400mg, daily; however I am wondering if it's necessary to take so much when one is already taking a high dosage of ecdysterone a la Blueprint.
drtda, how did you dose it? anyone else that's taken it, same question - what dosage did you use, and did you at any point use a smaller dose versus a larger dose and notice a difference?

I ran it for 30 days straight during my 3.0 run. I did the prescribed 4 tablets daily, split up as 4 doses.
Like I said earlier, it almost seemed to work too well, as I had felt crappy after coming off of it. Looking back, I think I could have pushed myself even harder than I did during my run, considering that I had no DOMS the entire time. The question there is whether to increase volume at each workout or decrease the # of rest days. I was going with a 1 on, 1 off routine, which I like, so increased volume would probably win out.
My goal this time is use it more sparingly at the 4 tablet dosage mainly during my 2 hardest weeks-probably weeks 3 and 6-and see what the results are.
