REALLY CHEAP and LAZY Man's "Recipe"

Per "The Recipe" in Supplement Secrets:
If you don't wish to wait or spend time/money for ingredient #3, you can simply replace it with "Muscle Rub" cream, available anywhere ingredient #2 is also sold! The menthol in OTC muscle creams will not only act as a carrier, but also as a penetration enhancer (while leaving you smelling minty fresh!).
Additionally, you can tweak the ratio of ingredients #2 and #3 to suit your desired consistency. Once you have your mixture of #2 and #3 set to the consistency/texture you like, you can mix in #1, stir thoroughly, then pour into the dispenser bottle (generally found close to #2 and #3 at the store!).
