Hi Guys,
Since I started weight training I've had difficulties in sourcing quality supplements..why? well I moved to Helsinki, Finland only few kilometers from the very European North Pole.
Buying from US gets kind of expensive due to overpriced shipping (from some suppliers, not all) and import duties. I got a good supplier in the UK but unfortunately does not have all goodies I would need for a quality supplemementation regimen and british pounds are quite expensive right now.
Personally I believe that the quality and safety of supplements and food we consume are of great importance for a healthy lifestyle
I've done a good researh on mass products after joining to the BP family. Their products look great and the most important of HIGH quality and with the consumer in mind not like other companies who invest all their budget in insane marketing to sell you super low quality products and rip you off (this is just my personal opinion)
For my next BP run I will defenetily get some mass products eventhough it's more pricey but if they are of that high quality seems to be worth. (quality rather than quantity, I consider a good guideline for supplement strategy) In addition, it seems that Mass has a fair international shippment price.
now, the situation is that I will start soon my workouts in Feast phase and will be using the formula as directed. I was able to get the following supps:
Vitargo
ON Hydrowhey
CFM WPI from Glanbia (unflavor)
L-leucine
kre-alkylin
CNP Propeptide
e-bol
Bioforge promax
LG BCAA/EAA
fishoil + multi
ZMA
I know supps are not the most important for running the BP but as I've read they help and have their own share in the success.
Just to share something with you from Finland
any thoughts or comments on my supplement stack for the my first BP run?
Sourcing supplements in North Europe
Hey man looks like a nice supp stack but if you want to know that the program works you could try it with minimal supps for you first run. With regards to the shipping, when I got stuff from MASS before you will not get hit with that import tax that you get if its somewhere outside the eu.I will also pm you some information.
Holy smokes, near the North Pole?
Welcome aboard man!!! You've made some wise choices already, and it's only going to keep getting better.
Since you have most of the ingredients, I'd say stick with those for your intra-workout. Now, that alone would be a nice, true minimalist approach.
However, if looking to add just ONE additional item I'd consider an adaptogen (ecdy) of choice.
Right there you have the critical intra-workout covered, and of course the adaptogen The Blueprint is designed to leverage. Yes, there are things beyond this that will juice your results so to speak, but it's a nice baseline when you first start!
Savvy list, good man and welcome to the BP Army!!!
