So Tomorrow's GAMEDAY!

And I diet all week, so I'm pretty depleted and unenergetic.

If anyone has any knowledge on how to "Carb up" properly... lemme have it :D

I want to be in top shape for tomorrow's game (5pm)

start eating at 12:01 ;)

couple glasses of pineapple juice and a couple scoops of protein + 10g or so of creatine

followed by uncopious amounts of rice, and any other protein source you like

avoid too much fat

that's what I'd do anyway :)

ANSWER FOR SUPERMAN, A.K.A "HANI/BIG.JAZ": Whooa, hope you're wearing your BP "Electric Blue", or "Back in Black" Tshirt!?!?... :)

On the pineapple juice, protein, creatine/rice etc., depends upon what END GAME is... I/we are reading this as super-stocking in preparation for a big meet/lift(s)?

If so, "juice" that up - By proceeding as follows... :):)

12oz of Pineapple Juice, 12 oz of O.J., 2 scoops of chocolate, vanilla or MVP MassPro/like cold processed whey/caseinate, inclusive of di-tripeptides, etc.. Consider either 10g of Creatine Mono OR, 1g of Kre-Alkalyn/3 caps (:):):))of Kre-Anabolyn "bracketed" as follows;

A. 1 cap 15 min prior, sipping on the diabolical Mix(tm) between sets and;
B. 1 cap halfway through and;
C. 1 cap with the remaining 3rd of the perverse, vile, diabolical Mix(tm)...

RATIONAL: The 50/50 Mix(tm) of pineapple juice/O.J. will optimally spike insulin (O.J.) while optimizing protein digestion, assimilation and amalgamation (completely unique, made up word I fabricated just for you...) via the digestive enzymes bromelain, papain etc. inherent in the pineapple juice.

The di-tri peptides, BCAA's in the hydrolyzed whey/caseinate will be shuttled via the stomach, small intestine, duodenum etc. to optimize protein synthesis right quick - building thick, indestructible walls via incorporation into the muscle cell membrane.

The dash of creatine mono/Kre-Alkalyn and ideally, KA will further pave your road to Gainsville, landing you (Mayor of said Gainsville... :)), on the corner of Main St. and PR Drive - Right where "The Hammer", lives... :):):)
