I just finished up Famine phase a couple of days ago and have been eating up-now on day 3. Will start Workout #1 tomorrow.
For this run I'm using 3000 calories as my maintenance level. Supplements will include KA, AN, True Turk, and the Formula, along with a few of my regular standbys-Multi, Alkaplex, Omega-3, etc.
I'm going to follow 3.0 pretty closely-maybe a couple of changes on exercises for my EDTs, but everything else will stay as directed.
My plan for after 3.0 is to take 4-5 days off, as I will be out of town for business, and then hit a 5 X 5 program with an emphasis on arms for a few weeks. During that time I'm going to run XFA with Bioforge 3V.
I also got my padded hand grips for Static Holds-tried them out and they are pretty awesome.

Finished Workout #1 today. Had a little trouble determining weights to use on my Static Holds, but I think I had a good starting point and will be able to go up from there with subsequent workouts.
Decline Bench Static Hold- 315lbs X 8 seconds, then 335lbs X 8 seconds.
EDT Block
Incline Dumbell Bench 85lbs 6 X 6
One-arm Row 100lbs 6 X 6
Seated Barbell Press Static Hold- 225lbs X 10 seconds, then 255lbs X 8 seconds.
EDT Block
Incline Hammer Dumbell Curls 45lbs 6 X 6
Dips-Body Weight + 70lbs 6 X 6
I started all of my supplements today-KA, TrueTurk, The Formula, and will start my AN before bed. It'll be interesting to see if I have any DOMS at all tomorrow.

Just finished Workout #2-it was a tough one.
Rack Pulls-Worked up to Static Holds for 5 seconds each on 460lbs, then 480lbs.
EDT Block
Leg Blaster Squats 315lbs 6 X 6
Leg Curls 80lbs 6 X 6 (This seems low, but I can only do about 50% as much on my home free weight ones as I can on the machine at the gym).
Calf Raises-315lbs 2 X 15, then 2 Static Holds for 15 seconds with 405lbs.
Stiff-leg Dumbell Deadlifts-75lbs X 10, 85lbs X 10 (Last set was tough, as my legs were trashed).
2 sets of Static Holds for Abs + 3 extra sets of Ab work
Recovery time from Workout #1 has been excellent, so we'll see in couple of days how my upper body lifts have progressed.
I'm a little unsure of the weights I'll use next time as I up the reps and the time between sets decreases. I'm going to try the same weights and if I have to drop back a little on the last few sets I'll begrudgingly do so.

How are you dosing the trueturk?

I'm dosing at 4 tablets daily, spread out with meals.
On workout days, I end up taking one tablet right before my workout when I drink a little of the Formula, and then one right after as I finish it up. The other 2 tablets will be one earlier (breakfast), and one later (supper).

are you noticing any difference in recovery versus previous runs that you'd attribute to the trueturk?

It's hard to tell so far, as I've only done the first 2 workouts of 3.0, but so far, so good. I've had very little in the way of DOMS. I'll probably be able to tell better after workouts #3 and #4 as the intensity is cranked up with the reduction in rest between EDT sets. I'll also be going heavier on my static holds, so that should be a good test as well.

I picked up some MegaTurk for my next run, I'm excited to give it a shot
With just Kre-Anabolyn and Adaptogen N, I managed to do the first 2 3.0 feast workouts, and they basically crippled me... One workout a week with major DOMs for 4 days. Then again I lack the testosterone you guys do so my recovery is naturally going to be slower even with the supplements... maybe the Turk is really THAT awesome though...?

I'd question this, only because I can pull off a MUCH more aggressive training frequency, albeit with a higher dosage.
Do give it a whirl! I've had my BEST results to date, on the BP Mass Stack.
To be fair, even those were enhanced by TrueTurk which I added to it. No way in hell, I was giving up on the BP Mass Stack...
To each his (or her), own. Use what works best, for YOU!!!

I'm excited for tomorrow's workout, as I've still had almost no DOMS with this supplemetation. The strange thing is that several of the exercises I hadn't done in weeks as I changed things up for Cruise. Usually, hitting those exercises after several weeks off of them always causes some soreness.
Did some active recovery today with sled drags and a little treadmill time.
