Confused on Feast

ok couple of questions

Do I do german loading and the stretch movements (EDT)? In the BP it has 3 or 4 different variations of stretch movements and exercise A1/A2, B1/B2, etc that im not sure how to do the german loading and pick how many or what stretch movements i do. Can someone leave a message here or pm me, ive read the BP 3x and reread the feast portion a 4th time and its confused me more each time.

On to supps, does this look correct for feast?

kre - 1 pill 3x a day before meal
ecdy - 60min prior to lifting
20-40g bcaa in first 3 days
