Mass Pro Shakes for your feast phase

In the Feast phase of The Blueprint, I illustrate how to radically accelerating protein synthesis via DNA transcription and mRNA translation. There is no finer protein to use than MassPro, and here is my favorite gainer recipe:
MASS PRO Heavy Weight Gainer
Blend the following:
* 3 scoops Chocolate MASS PRO Whey Protein
* 1 banana
* 1/3 cup plain yogurt
* 4 heaping tbsp. natural peanut butter
* 2 tbsp. Ultimate Omega oil
* Contents of 2 ALKAPLEX GREEN capsules
* 2 cups whole milk
Beats any so-called weight gainer powder, hands down. Even more so if you take the protein shake recipe with a Kre-Anabolyn Natural Anabolic cap around the workout. Notice too, the inclusion of Alkaplex Green capsules to optimize your pH balance. If this doesn't put you in a state of anabolism, nothing will!
