Can you try running mini cycles:
Ex. 3 day famine wt x 6-8 cals
10 day feast wt x 20-15 descending style
8 day cruise maint cals
3 days overtrain like 10 sets if 10
10 days eod wkts to hit a new max test day 10
8 days drop wt in half and double reps to maintain
just an idea.
Also what if you want to cut? Hiw/ can use the blueprint differently??
