weighing in at 177lbs
new 1rm's
squat 240 (240 all the weight i have)
deadlift 240
bench 180
4 squats 195lbs went good
immediatly into
5 seated cable rows 150 went good
rest 2 minutes and repeat twice
then 5 standing barbell curls 80lbs will up a little next round
rest 2 min
6 incline db curls 70 tough but good, too much incline maybe
rest 2 min
5 preacher curls 80 too heavy will drop a littttle bit
DONE
so it begins..
supplements i'll be using are
FAMINE- orange triad, lecithan granules
FEAST- kreanabolyn, orange triad, lecithan granules, protein powder, dessicated liver tabs, bcaas
CRUISE - orange triad, protein powder

definatly wore out just got done with workout
hungry haha
sacrifice i'm willing to make though
real anxious for saturday to start the FEAST
doing all my weights around 10lbs heavier than previous run so must be working
