Cruise Phase

I've been doing the caloric spiral on my feast and now I'm into cruise. What sparked my attention was that cruise was suppose to establish a homeostasis, so wouldn't be better to eat the amount I usually would on a regular day vs the dialing down of calories? My understanding is that homeostasis = balance/norm so wouldn't be better to set conditions to a regular day?

The caloric multiplier for cruise puts me at about 1700 calories while all the online calculators i checked out says i should get about 2500 for maintanence, should I go for the common value seen on the calculators? At the moment it does feel like I'm depriving myself calorie wise.

I tend to find that the multipliers included in the bp understate caloric intake..(at least as far as im concerned) I always use more than that..
