Goodbye Famine Hello Feast

Tomm I start with my first Feast workout (really wanting to start today but my 72 hours aren't up until tomm). Some questions i have are:
Should i add EDT from day 1?
If yes, which exercises?
How many days of rest between workouts and should I incorporate any type of training to my off days?
Thanks a lot and i cant wait until I start lifting.
