Glycerol MonoStearate

I have half a tub of CL GlycerGrow left over from workingout previously before BP. Would this be an effective supplement to incorporate into my feast phase (which begins tomorrow)?

I already planned on using:
E-bol
Purple Wraath
Optimum nutrition multi/Orange Triad (when I run out of ON multis)
Micronized creatine monohydrate by ON as well

I wasn't even really considering it until I realized how much I had left. Anyways..let me know what you think.

Thanks

I believe it would be beneficial in feast if you are bulking.

It does have it's benefits, particularly insofar as drawing water from beneath the skin and into the bloodstream/muscle.

If you're already lean... you'll see that in the mirror. One caution: Proceed slowly. Too much will have you on the can in no time.. :)

Thanks for the advice. I'll probably set it aside for my first run.

Hey Rob. I'm bulking and I just ordered a tub way before I thought about starting The Blueprint. Would this be beneficial in my Feast/Cruise Phase? A lot of people say that the pumps were amazing.

Glad I looked around before posting another thread about Glycerol Mono Stearate!

Does anyone know much about this? I'm thinking about getting some, I hear it helps creatine(mono) etc be absorbed better/faster. Would it be worth it to try or just pass up on it?
