To Juice, or Not To Juice....

I have a blender that I have used for quite some time to make shakes and whatnot with frozen fruits.

I am considering spending the money on a good juicer, for BP and just for general drinks to mix with my new goal of eating healthier.

Is it worth the investment??

Opinions/thoughts/feedback?

Home made fresh fruits juice are more effective and healthy than the packed juice available in market. So you should make the fresh fruits juice at the home for the good health.

Rob, it's serious anytime posts are consistently more inane than mine...

For those of you who can't juice, there are many powdered green, red and berry juices that are amazing.

Hey man. If you're referring to me brotha, I'm certainly not a scammer or a spammer. I'm a registered user and payed(ing) customer and 100% BP believer. I don't sell anything and I'm not a salesman and never have been.

No man, I was referring to Troy and the others in the diet section recently. I surely not against you in anyway, sorry for the confusion.

(and I juice almost everyday ;) )
