sure, I was thinking about it myself..

lots of supps.

you said before to bracket my workout with Ebol Im gonna do 4caps of ebol per day to lengthen the cycle of it to 37.5 days

heres my guess about the supps..

mourning 2caps stoked
2 caps testopro
1cap glycobol
2OT, 1 Fishoil
(meal high carbs)

lunch
2.5g creatine
1.6g beta alanine (unless u think 3.2 isnt enough beta alanine)
gatorade powder

pre workout
2caps stoked
2caps testopro
2 caps ebol
1cap glycobol

30 mins later I was thinking about my weight gainer (could use serving suggestion too was thinking 16oz personally)

post workout
2caps ebol
30 mins later weight gainer

2.5g creatine
1.6g beta alanine (unless u think 3.2 isnt enough beta alanine)
gatorade powder

dinner(30mins-1hr after post workout gainer)
2 OT 1 fishoil

hows it look/what would u recommend?

will glycobol interfere with ebol? because ive seen recommendations of ebol on empty stomach.. maybee testopro/stoked prebed in that case..?

GREAT job! Man, you've got it down.

SUGGESTION: Consider replacing your post workout gainer with "The Formula"

I'm PM'ing you The Formula now :)

yea yea... thats right... keep it mystical..... puuuuh lol

....I thought I was a believer? [quote]

You are! That's why I just PM'd you "The Formula" :)

Now on The Eagle, that's a different story. Some Mixelflick character is running around nolinksplease.com disclosing the actual ingredients. Says he knows it comes out of Australia. Throwing out things like Laxogenin, Turkesterone, Integristerone A an B, powdered Kangaroo. All sorts of stuff.

I hear he really does know what's in there. Problem is he's a multi-tasker and gets confused easily :)

I was wondering, after I Finnish cruise, im going to jump back into the Bp.

I week off, then famine..

my question is, do I start up with the one set to failure workouts again and establish a new 1rm or do i just go ahead and use my 1rm from the GLP1 and plug it into GLP 2?? Also is it seperated like GLP 1?

aka a bench day + a deadlift day?

workout 1 DL day 1
workout 2 BP day 1
workout 3 DL day 2

ect ect

how does this look for my 2 days for next feast?

DL day

Deadlift
w seated row(stretch)

Hack squat (are back squats to strenuous to do with BP and dead lift already included?)
Romanian Deadlift

Ab static hold (will this hit my lower abs good or should I add something for that?)

static high rack pull

Benchpress day

Benchpress
Pullovers

Push Press
standing Barbell row

A. YES

or do i just go ahead and use my 1rm from the GLP1 and plug it into GLP 2?? Also is it seperated like GLP 1?

A. NO. Why? B/c your 1RM base from the prior GLP will be wiped out by Famine and it take workouts 1-5 to regain traction. If you're more interested in springboarding off of 1RM's here's your solution: The Blueprint Periodic - For Strength Athletes. Starts on page 60 of The BP.

Have a look at the loading pattern 10,000 ft overview here:

https://bodybuildingsupplements.com/ ... dSheet.pdf

workout 1 DL day 1
workout 2 BP day 1
workout 3 DL day 2

A. That makes sense. Give you the most rest between muscle groups.

DL day

Deadlift
w seated row(stretch)

Hack squat (are back squats to strenuous to do with BP and dead lift already included?)

A. Yes, especially so after DL's where your lower back has already been weakened..

Romanian Deadlift

A. Now that your lower back has had a break for a bit (w/seated cable rows SOME can get away with RDL's. If that's you, go for it. If you want to play it safe, 1 arm DB rows are an EXCELLENT alternative.

Ab static hold (will this hit my lower abs good or should I add something for that?)

A. No, you don't need to add anything to it. You'll know why after performing 2 holds with a MAXIMAL weight for 5-15 seconds. You'll need someone to assist you into that fully contracted position, BTW. Suggest 3 min between sets.

MOST IMPORTANT: ALWAYS perform ANY ab exercise LAST in your routine. Why? Because if you walk into a barbell lift like the static high rack pull, RDL, DL or SQ like you're about to below... your abs are weakened and guess what winds up absorbing all the stress? Yep - your lower back.

Hello Mr. Chiropractor :) Just funnin' ya. Learned this one the hard way and offering it here in the hopes it saves you from the mistake I made...

You'll likely see it again, yes. Whether or not it's to the same extent we shall see. You may be pleasantly surprised by what you find :)
