I don't really want to browse through all the different topics, but I was wondering if anyone has any information on this supplement? I have a friend who just started taking it and wants me to get on it. From the information I found when I googled it, it doesn't appear to be that bad.

Just wondering if anyone has hear/tried.

I have used Maca at 3 gms aday (NOW Brand). It defiantly can help with libido and I think it does raise test.

It does have some nice libido "side effects", for sure. Lots of junk versions out there touting high mg's but which have little to no actives in reality.

Rob does explain Maca in BP 2.0, I didn't pay attention to it through my readings. For those of you interested its on page 42.

Very interesting broad spectrum adaptogen there. The 10:1 extract is rare. very rare.

Not sure if it's the same outfit that does the Yohimbe Supreme, but they've got something special there. BIU is pretty loaded with it too..

Just be careful you don't make the mistake I did and pick up some cheap nasty stuff!

Agreed. Anytime you order up a bulk product you're rolling the dice. Do some of those work? Yes. Most don't though, and you can go through a LOT of money trying to figure out which ones.

My buddy bought the powder form and tried it in my protein shake last night and I have to say that it was tough getting it down. I believe that I will be ordering a couple bottles of the BIU.

my GF loves the stuff and was using some type for a while but ran out so we found a cheaper source (and probably better/as good as what she had) online and ordered it... it's a 4:1 extract though. Only cost about $10 for 100pcs @525mg. then shipping.....

I get the NOW brands 6:1 concentrate powder and I can say it definitly works..
