BP Believer Before/After Pics and Stats - Your Input Needed!

I'll start with me, Stylin' and Profilin' at 158lbs... after I added my first 15lbs
That be the guy you're currently taking advice from!!! Bear in mind it took me 20 years or therabouts to add 100lbs to my frame. That was accomplished in 1995 just after creatine arrived and just before "andro" in 1996. I never gained much weight w/creatine mono due to my sky high caffeine intake. Hopefully, it won't take you that long. That's why I wrote The Bluerprint! It's a shame I had sweatpants on. My legs were smaller than my arms
In all honesty, this wasn't ALL due to The Blueprint. However, every bit of "The Good Stuff" that went into BP was utilized. BIG TIP for you hardgainers: I'd have to credit Randall J. Strossen's "Super Squats" book for a lot of this. If you're in your prime growing/hormonal years (age 16-21), there is NO BETTER program to utilize during Feast, especially if you haven't tried 20 rep squats yet!
