Yup, I feel the same way. I always look forward to the next workout because I know at least something will improve.

That really is the right outlook.
You know, deep down something will improve. Whether it be absolute strength, an EDT block or a static hold.
Ideally, all 3

Ya I hit every workout hard. Now that I understand the BP more and got some numbers to work with, my 2nd round of the BP will be even more intense.

Right there - that's the beauty of BP... refinement. As you learn more from run to run it just keeps getting better and better.
Nice work. You're progressing, learning and refining - exactly as I'd hoped

Yes, that's exactly what I'm doing. I'm already game planning my next round of the BP which will start on Dec 19th. Anyways, here's my last workout:
GLP WO #5 Upper body:
10x135
8x200
6x220
4x235
2x250
EDT 1
Decline DB bench (80) 6,6,6,6
Pullover (705) 6,6,6,6
EDT 2
BB curls (90) 6,6,6,6
Overhead DB ext. (80) 8,8,8,8
Static holds
Decline BB bench (235) 2x15 seconds
This last workout felt pretty good except the 2x250 set felt heavier than usual. Kinda made me wonder if I'll be able to push the 280lb max rep on Monday. I tried not to think about it much but I'm going to make sure I'm physically and mentally ready for that day. I'm going to take a 2 day rest before and make sure my calories and carb intake are high that day.
As for an update on my stats, I started off at 161lbs and I weighed in at 166.6 this morning. It doesn't look like I recomped some more but I don't feel like I gained any fat even though my diet hasn't been all that clean. I'll find out if I gained or lost bf on Monday. I was at 11.7% bf when I started. I've already had 3 people tell me that I look bigger and fuller which is awesome.

That's good to hear. I was hoping I wasn't the only one feeling this way. I will be taking the extra day just to make sure I'm ready to go.
As for feast starting on Christmas day, I actually planned it that way. My cruise phase ends on Nov 27. Then I have two weeks free in which I'm still trying to figure out what to do in that time frame. After that, I'm taking the week off so I can start famine on the 19th of dec. After famine, I'll spend the whole weekend eating tamales and turkey and who knows what else. lol..
