For anyone interested - only one week of westside left then a TOTAL redirection in training style - Gonna go ahead and start using a Sheiko #29 for four weeks for a nice little interim, that'll carry me straight into my meet in April and following that I will have to come up with a 6 week program of some sort to precede WORLDS in may (perhaps 1 week famine, four weeks sheiko, 1 weak CNS prime - then meet? Whatcha think Rob?)

Rob wasn't sure so I asked Mix. Here's what he said..

"When you're going to the World's, you dance with who got you to where you are.

Suggest to her to she dress it up differently (spice it up a bit); but stand by her."

Good women are hard to find... :)

If you've been away from it for 8 weeks or more.... yes. If you haven't, take up another woman who's been good to you. Meaning GLP II, Russian Strength Program or The 10% Soution.

I know more of them too... :)

I actually have exactly enough time to play with my first sheiko run :D

Then I'm thinking whatever YOU would dub as the best peaking program before worlds in May.

This sheiko routine will carry me straight up to Regionals in April. We have until then to throw something together :)

sounds good to me. We have a 6 week window between April and the May meet - I'd like to hit it at least 3x/week for the sake of not going crazy.

Obviously I'd like to deload the week before the meet :P

From there, I leave it in your hands my friend :)

Sheiko #37 Day 1

Boy oh boy do I love this stuff already. 17 sets of bench press today! SEVENTEEN!

Plus quads are actually sore the day after which is phenomenal. haven't had sore quads in an age.

This was quite possibly the most hellish workout I've done in a while - I'm STOKED for what's to come.

workout was as follows;

BB Bench:
170x5, 205x2x4, 240x2x3, 255x5x3

Squats:
255x5, 305x2x5, 355x5x5

DB Side Raises:
35x10, 40x4x10

BB Bench:
170x6, 205x2x6, 220x4x6

Good Mornings:
135x5, 185x4x5

Video For the day

what's a video?
