Re-load on creatine if you can and scale back the weights.
We'll take it from there!

Nope, fits Cruise perfectly and matches up nicely with the 5 x 5 we utilize..

well I think I may have determined what the problem/s were from my first cruise workout.. I maintain my strength from the feast...
Today I started dead lifting 255(80% 1rm) after only doing 1 set of 5x135
it was really tough to lift.. i rested 3 mins and then did 3x255 rested 5 mins and after that I managed 5x255 without as much trouble.. I guess what im saying is that I forgot to fully warm up last time.. (also remembered that I played basketball first last time.) I don't think the creatine was that big of a factor..
Cruise workout 2 DL
1x255
3x255
5x255
5x255
5x255
5x255
LOTS of volume for being 80% of my 1rm
I fully expect to walk into the gym next time and wreck 175 like I know I can..
I AM SUPER EXCITED for my next BP run.. I am adding in a bunch o supps and adding in more excercises (didnt do edt blocks most of the time this run) and didnt do ab work at all this time. Will be adding both next run..
I also picked up a few supps for my cut(3rd run) its cool finally KNOWING that I can add muscle if I want to. Now i just gotta get BP cutting down and shred up a bit for summer.. I figure that this next run will start jan 24 for my famine and then will run for 8 weeks after that.. It seems like thats the longest I can go before my body starts to break down some..

Cruise workout 3
benchpress
5x175
5x165
5x165
5x165
5x165 good amount of help last 2 reps
well got my total tonnage up from last bench cruise workout so thats good I guess.. I dont think my body likes the amount of volume this cruise is considering I just was doing max effort type stuff with lower reps.. my body hates going between the two styles (ie I struggle to start off going between the 2)
I just remembered this when I saw an article on German volume training on nolinksplease.com
Rob, do you think GVT would be good on a cut? I was thinking gvt plus HIIT for cardio would be great to lose weight.
3.0 will be probably be out before I get around to cutting (cut starts around april) and i could wait to see what you recommend in there.

also,
would the formula be better suited for bulk or cut?
I was thinking.. ive got 37 servings worth of the formula on its way.
Was thinking that Id use the formula for the first 6 hit training sessions to establish my 1rm. Figured that it would help me gain traction sooner. then id use the other 31 servings during my cut?
sound good?

GVT SUCKS IMO. Why? Because unless you're on drugs, the cortisol release is MASSIVE if you're using any respectible kind of compound lifts/weight.
3.0 ETA is TBD. I keep coming up with ideas
