You too Hank. Hope it isn't too hot down there.

Beautiful here today/tomorrow and I took full advantage. 15 minutes of upper body sled dragging with 255 lbs...

Today marks Feast 2 Day 21

This week I start the 10% solution

1/2 Way mark observation VS Feast 1

* Should be noted that I did not start my KA until day 10 of this feast
* my goal this feast was FAT LOSS

On this feast I have been switching my caloric intake between BWx12 and BW x 8 on non heavy days or off days. ***I AM NOT A FAN***

I do think I respond much better to really fully loading on the feast, I have better focus and strength when I have fuel in the tank. For my next run I will follow the pattern where my caloric intake declines over the run instead of the constant shifting high and low. Believe it or not this type of dieting dieting has taken flexibility away from my workouts.

So far I haven't recognized any noticeable body changes, even though my over-all caloric intake is below maint. My cardio is equal to what I did on 1st run so based on lower caloric intake I think I should be seeing changes.

QUESTIONS
1. Should I just quit the KA and hold for next run?
2. Should I keep KA and maybe introduce AN or Bioforge or tbol trib?
3. Would it hurt to just ramp cals back up?

Just do more cardio on fasted stomach :)

I don't know what to tell you other than "what works for some may not work for others".

The cycling definitely worked well for me. I was on tbol trib and E-bol and I was using a powerful thermogenic that decreases appetite and increases energy and focus.

A. I'd be inclined to say yes

2. Should I keep KA and maybe introduce AN or Bioforge or tbol trib?
3. Would it hurt to just ramp cals back up?

A. No, I'd give that a shot to see what it does

I think you hit the nail on the head with calories starting high and then descending. For some reason your body just responds better to it. Unclear as to why but... we're all different.

Okay

Here is what I think Ill do

I am committed and will stick this through but I will tweak my training to allow longer rest between body parts. I will also increase the cardio portion

Caloricly I will reduce the extreme variance.

Worst case is I invest 3-4 more weeks and i learn alot. Best case is I trim down some

I am going to keep the KA, my recovery is better with.

How are you dosing the KA Hank?

I might go with the big man dosage this time around, even given the upped RCE...

Yeah, 3/day is plenty even for really big men... just as I thought. Honestly, I'm thinking 2/day for 220lbs and under. Depends upon your training frequency too but I can say this - the stuff is garnering some attention not just here, but elsewhere.

It's that good..
