Consider the following: Jack up the weight and reduce the hold time to around 10 seconds. I think you're going to like what you see there...

Id like to take this opportunity to add that it seems as if my chest has decided that it wants to grow. It is now bigger than it has ever been. Part of this must have something to do with my changed form on the bench.. but Im thinking Im starting to become a believer in E-bol/Ecdy. My weight stays similar but I lean out slightly..(re comp). Means less fat to remove when I go to cut.
Very happy with this run so far.

kind've a bad workout.. only slept like 5 hours last nite.. and several of them were in the daytime.. I hit all my reps for bench easily tho..
Trying to make sure I get as many workouts in during the time im on Ebol.
