Two days work, actually.... lmao Not too hard for me to gain weight!!

Good news is it's almost entirely off now :D only 1.54lbs to go to be back at that point, and my end of week goal is to be under 140lbs.. so 63.6kg... which means 1.3kg to go in 4 days. Totally do-able!

The Kre-Anabolyn, Formula, and Adaptogen N trifecta seems to be treating me quite well so far..! My pecs are a little sore but it's nothing compared to what I usually deal with!

Fantastic news. Glad The Blueprint is currently conquering Canada. Between you, TheBuffer and bigpelo it'll be ours shortly.

You've done a great job keeping the riff raff out too. :)

I do what I can :D

so far so good though!

The doms is kinda bad today... my triceps still hurt, but I'm pretty sure that's because on squat day (1 day after press day when my pecs/tris were already tender) I did a pushup test for shits&giggles... I got 8 (which is a record for me in recent times.... best ever was 21 in 1 minute [football tryouts]). Legs are also pretty tender - way more than I expected based on yesterday. And my knee is giving me some signs it's not pleased with me. Oh well, don't have to do legs again for a few days.

Question: what is your stance on B-Adrostenetriol (BAet?)

Reason for asking: I have this from a contest I won:

Question: what is your stance on B-Adrostenetriol (BAet?)

Answer: Rob wasn't sure so he asked Mixelflick. And wouldn't you know it, he had the answer!

Mix said there's actually a patent out there somewhere wherein B-Adrostenetriol and a certain Ecdy analog like oh, I dunno..... maybe 25R-diol is synergistic?

Dunno... :)

Starting probably tomorrow, I'm going to be using this stack on the regular:

MASS Kre-Anabolyn (Ecdysterone + Kre-Alkalyn)
MASS Adaptogen N (DHEA + others)
CEL Supress-C (B-Adrostenetriol )
Double-T KetoCuts (7-Keto + Caffeine)
Ephedrine
(most of this should be synergistic together, yea?)

Controlled Labs REDuction PM
SciVation Xtend (BCAAs+)
Double-T NitroMine (BCAAs+)
GABA (if I remember pre-workout)

And my formula until I get my Karbolyn:
AllMax Waxy Maize
Double-T GlutaCene (BCAAs +)
Taurine (3-5g)

When I order the Karbolyn and it arrives, I'll be using this:
Karbolyn (Unflavored)
TrueProtein custom protein (1lb PB&Jelly, 1lb Chocolate Mint)
-Hydrolyzed Protein Super Grade (40%)
-L-Leucine (20%)
-Gemma Protein Pea Isolate (10%)
-Rice Protein Concentrate (10%)
-Fructose (10%)
-EAAs (5%)
-BCAAs (5%)

I'm READY FOR IT!

I have 6 workouts left for my Feast Phase (26 day phase), but I may elongate it to add another 12 workouts to make it a 50 day phase. Depends if I get good traction soon.

The bolded items will. Just why though, is outside the context of this discussion. You could write a book on it.

Oh wait... I/we did that already!!! :) :) :)

I went through the BP2.0 book again and I'm planning out my next run already... But of course, I have a few questions. I'm going to follow the BP according to the book with all the tricks I can fit in. But I have a few potential tweaks I'd like to run by the 3FoF:

1) Famine phase- can I use slightly less than BWx8 calories (considering BWx6), reduce the length to 3 days, and do either a full body routine everyday or hit a major body part each of those days (ex: 1: Quads/Hams; 2: Chest/Shoulder/Tri; 3: Back/Bis; not necessarily in that order).
Planning to get Multistix as well. May end up liquid fasting. Will have Detox tea.

2) Feast phase - Stretching exercise jump setted with main lift: For chest, can I use DB Flyes (my preferred stretching motion)? Or would BB Pullovers be a better choice for BP purposes?
Planning to do: Liver Trick; BCAA Loading 1; Using The Formula; Using KA+AN; Following the 5 bridge workouts and GLP1.

3) EDTs - Confirm: 6 sets, 6 reps; using a weight I can get 10 reps with?

4) In the GLP - I do the main exercise, then whatever other exercises I want(1-2 more bodyparts?), using the same pattern? Then EDTs? Or just GLP for the main exercise and EDTs for the rest?

5) If I were to follow the BluePrint Periodic... would I do an upper day(bench) and a lower day(squat), or do both in the same day?

6) Final Question... My gf does not own the book; she would like to do a run with me. Should I make her buy the book, or just instruct her on what to do? Would she be able to join the forum if she wants to?

A. Short answer = "No" :) The 5 day recommendation is not without some thought, careful planning and diagnostic work to back it up. Sorry... :)

2) Feast phase - Stretching exercise jump setted with main lift: For chest, can I use DB Flyes (my preferred stretching motion)? Or would BB Pullovers be a better choice for BP purposes?

A. Pullover beat "flyes" any day of the week. REASON: Compound vs. Isolation movement, which means it works more major muscle groups, delivers more overload... which means more growth.

Game over... :)

Planning to do: Liver Trick; BCAA Loading 1; Using The Formula; Using KA+AN; Following the 5 bridge workouts and GLP1.

3) EDTs - Confirm: 6 sets, 6 reps; using a weight I can get 10 reps with?

A. Those 6 sets of 6 reps are just a guideline. What's important here is you set a baseline. What's more important than that? Improving the # of reps you do with the same weights using the same rest intervals each subsequent workout.. :)

4) In the GLP - I do the main exercise, then whatever other exercises I want(1-2 more bodyparts?), using the same pattern? Then EDTs? Or just GLP for the main exercise and EDTs for the rest?

A. Not quite. You don't use the same set/rep scheme on your EDT blocks, not the other exercises you choose. Choose but choose something different vs. the loading pattern you're working with.. GLP then EDT blocks is simple, logical and work.

Easy.. :)

5) If I were to follow the BluePrint Periodic... would I do an upper day(bench) and a lower day(squat), or do both in the same day?

A. NEVER on the same day. Always rotate them!!

6) Final Question... My gf does not own the book; she would like to do a run with me. Should I make her buy the book, or just instruct her on what to do? Would she be able to join the forum if she wants to?
A. We have a standing rule of "giving back" here: If your friend is of good faith, share. She will be welcomed here.

One such favor please. I have pirates ripping me off for millions of $ every month so you can just imagine...

Got it! 5 days @ bw x 8 cals; no protein; measure waking/resting HR & use multistix to gauge "progress"

Great, makes sense. I was thinking more that you'd want to stretch the main muscle you were just working, but just loaded stretching in the general area is what you're after. Good to know. My DB's only go up to 35lbs right now so I'll be using BB pullovers, probably with my EzCurl Bar... I could do heavy flyes with the same 35lb DB's I'm doin pullovers with haha

Understood. I'll have to ask the woman what she'd prefer, but I think it's going to be 6 sets, 6 reps, and 30 seconds of rest. I'll be building my blocks soon.

Alright so I'm in the clear: First exercise will be Bench, Squat, or Deadlift according to the GLP schedule, jumpsetted with a suitable stretching movement (pullovers, SLDLs... Lunges??) followed by 1-2 EDT blocks and no other exercises or isolation work?

5) If I were to follow the BluePrint Periodic... would I do an upper day(bench) and a lower day(squat), or do both in the same day?

A. NEVER on the same day. Always rotate them!!

Understood. I may end up doing Bench, Squat and Deadlift days. But again it depends on what the woman wants to focus on

6) Final Question... My gf does not own the book; she would like to do a run with me. Should I make her buy the book, or just instruct her on what to do? Would she be able to join the forum if she wants to?

I'll keep her in line
I don't think she's much into forum's anyways, I'll likely just update my own information, but I may post hers as well.

I can perhaps give you progress pictures of her for payment 8)
She's totally fap worthy.
