I don't really know - I'm taking so much stuff that I've never taken before, I don't know what to attribute to which thing. I wish the TL reps and thehuge were on this board, haha.

Was able to hit the gym this morning. Today's workout was intense, I really felt like I was gonna hurl toward the end, lol. Luckily I kept everything in :p
Here's the workout (not including warmup sets):
bb romanian deadlift: 95 x 10, 105 x 10, 115 x 10
pushups: 12 x 3
squats: 95 x 10 x 3 these burned A LOT
lat pulldowns (underhand grip): 7th plate x 10 x 3 - last 2 reps were super hard and felt awesome when I got them out
decline crunch: 12 x 3 - didn't use any weight this time because I was afraid I wouldn't have enough strength left for the hanging leg raises. I did though, so next time I will use weight.
hanging leg raise: 10 x 3
That's about it for now, will update with supplements and diet later.

Yesterday I took a sick day off work, the cold finally got the best of me. Took it easy and rested up and feeling much better for today. Here's my diet and supplementation for yesterday:

Today's workout was ok. I increased 5lbs on my rows, but couldn't get out as many reps on dips as Monday's workout. Everything else was pretty much in line with Monday's workout. I think I hadn't been feeling crappy this week I could've done a little better. So considering, I'm pretty happy.
Wore my Iron Mulisha shirt to the gym today and snapped a pic but for some reason it won't let me link it here. So go to my bodyspace to check it out!

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile, been working a lot of late nights
Hit the gym yesterday, wasn't really into it but managed to get a workout in. Felt a little weaker than normal, but I think it was mental because I didn't really want to be there.
romanian deadlifts 95x10, 105x10, 115x10, 115x10

Diet was pretty spot on yesterday, I brought some soup and yogurt into work to have as snacks so I didn't "oversnack", and it worked out.

Did a living room workout today, was pretty decent. 1 more week of these particular workouts and then I switch to a modified 5x5 for a few weeks during "cruise" phase.
Here's the workout:
(1 minute of rest in between each set)
db bent over row (2 arms at once): 35lb dbs x12x5
db walking lunge: 35 x 10 x 5
db bench on stability ball 25x10x5
dumbbell push press: 50x8x5
crunch twist on ball: 2 10lb plates behind head, 10x4, 8x1
skull crushers w/ plates: 20 x 12 x 5
db concentration curls: 15x10x3
cbol creatine gave me CRAZY pumps today, feels awesome. Will update with supplements and diet later.

Excellent progress Id say overall you are noticeably leaner. shoulder look bigger. back more defined love handles alot smaller, butt is lifted up some. more shoulder definition.
