Today before my workout I had a KILLER carb craving.. definitely ate my preworkout meal and it consisted of the following:

-2x pita bread
-4oz chicken breast
-1/4 smalll loaf of italian bread
-gas station bag of chips ahoy

call it cheating.. i chalked it up to a big preworkout meal and took 2 glycobol.. also compensated with some extra work and cardio ;)

Also the hardest box squats i've ever done today.. heaviest, fastest, shortest breaks. Seriously.. just pain.

Workout was as follows:

Box Squats:
255+2 Avg. Bands - 10x2

45 Degree Hypers:
BWx10
BW+40x3x10

Chest Supported DB Rows:
80x12,12,10

Band Pullthroughs:
20,20,20

WG Seated Row:
180x8,8

BB Calf Raises:
225x15,15,15

Few sets of hanging leg raises FAST

20 minutes on the stair stepper for 250 cals :)

Personally I use it more for the feelings I can't feel

I've been consistently leaning out for several weeks now, muscles staying full though I suppose its doing what it should be ;)

NICE. I would love to lean out on this BP run so that when I get to my Cut I have less fat to lose :)
