Too much in too little time.. If It was me I'd structure as follows:
Monday: WO 3 Legs
Tuesday: Off
Wed: WO 4 legs
If you can get WO 4 in Thursday before leaving.. by all means please do so. If you're on a 1 on 1 off now you MIGHT be able to pull this off. If you're on anything less frequent or sleep poorly the night before, skip the Wed. workout and pick up where you return on Monday.
