Depends upon how much time left in Feast. Let me know and if you do have time left, I'll show you what to do with it.

i should have around 15 days left on the second bottle. so if i continue 1 on 2 days off i think around 5 or 6 days left with ebol

Run out the Ebol real hard then through Feast. 5-6 days doesn't do to much as leftovers in Cruise or for your next Feast..

Didnt do the EDT today because of my forearm again. It seems as though everytime i do curls, after a couple of reps, i get a very sharp burning pain. I ll put down the weight, and it will continue to hurt for a couple more seconds too. I have always thought this was just the lactic acid burn. But i feel as though it may be something else. Im not sure whether this could be causing anything, but i had tennis elbow for almost the entire spring. Any idea what could be causing this rob? btw i dont think i've every had so many injuries in a single month at one time. (back, illness, forearm) And of course they gotta happen right when im using ebol too lol

Likely a function of 2 things:
1.) The loading pattern accelerating and
2.) Those curls
I'd drop the curls and add a rest day. Let me know if that helps!

i decided to go the gym today to test out my back. Good thing i did, i got some major pr's.
seated rows - 265 x 10 - i maxed out on the machine, i couuldnt put any more weight on it, but I definitly could have done more weight. i think my previous was about 230 for like 2 or 3 reps. Thats like a 35 lb increase
lat pulldowns -
140 x 6
170 x 2 - once again another pr. I think my old was 150 for a couple of reps
one arm dumbbell rows - 65 x 8. more pr's.
Did some some other stretching movements too.
close grip bench -
45 x 10
95 x 10
115 x 8 - another pr. I've never really maxed out on close grip before, but i know i would not have been able to do this before.
weight - 172: +6 lbs
Back felt really good today.
