Alright, back and finished WO #2.

Warm-ups via pyramid style.

Working Sets

Squats were heavy, had lifting belt and it felt great. What a difference.
Most weight ever DL, let alone SLDL.
Squats SLDL
185x4 240x4

Failed 4th rep on bench, came back after 4 minutes for 2 more reps.
Pullovers coulda been heavier again. I don't know my own strength.
Bench Pullovers
165x3 50x6
165x2

Weekend was good, didn't like the 2 days off. Had a hard time relaxing, the family knew my mind was on training and it made us both upset. Caught some mad walleye tho, fun times. Heres some pictures of the fun.

I have noticed your pictures are very good quality. What type of camera are you using? It is almost time for an upgrade, ours is almost 4-5 years old. Even though it says 8 megapixels, the camera has problems focusing with the autofocus now.

It's actually a 2 mp iPhone. Quality probably has more to do with the lighting in some shots, cause the camera is low end for sure.

De-load WO went well, don't have my book with me but felt good to loosen up. Added a lot of extra, probably take 2 days off before 1RM.
