So far i see
Your Dl is UP
Your BP is Up
Ebol being what it is will favor some OVER Reaching..IE Big Static Holds, some very intense low rep (high weight) work. If it is safe for you to do I would say add some in, i think youll be astounded by the jumps youll make
any way here is my take
I am already 19 days in, and am going to buy a third bottle. I am invested to much to back out
I am working on the BP 3.0 protocal so this a recomp. The effect of the ecdy here is to assist in recovery and healing.
My advice is if you can afford t then do it, Finish out this run with the Ebol
*** From my observations and experience I think Mass Kre-Anabolyn is a better product for bulking and for strength (my 1st run saw the biggest strength gains)
Ebol may be a better rounded adapatgen
