Who else knows the weight of the earth

ME Upper
shoulder wasn't loving me today.. worked through it though. its still a little tender now which I'm not a fan of, But i suppose that's bound to happen with ME training. Either way, another day, another PR. Pretty solid too, not much of a grinder. Was nervous to go for more weight due to my shoulder though so i stopped.
Also: like mentioned before, I am adding a bit of extra volume on my shoulder work into westside. While there is lots of tricep work and posterior chain work involved in this program, I feel the need for more work on my shoulders. If i expect to have any success in BB when i move into it, I need to balance out my physique a bit.
Workout was as follows:
Lockout Press:
135x3, 185x3, 225x3, 245x3, 275x3, 295x3
315x1,
330x1 - PR!
Skullcrushers:
note: changed form on these, much more difficult.
110x10,10,10,9,8,8
Tricep Pushdowns:
110x7
100x8,8
One Arm Press:
45x15
50x13,13
Upright Row:
95x12,12,12,12
DB Shrugs:
100x10,10,10,10
