Alright so I'm a couple of workouts into cruise now, but unfortunately things are going to start dropping off. I am extremely busy with college and this next week and a half is my fraternity's rush process which means I have no free time and lots of drinking.

However, here's a recap of what I've gained so far in my first BP run:

Bench Press: 1RM + 15 pounds

Squats: 1RM: +15 pounds

Weight: Unfortunately I do not have the same scale I used at home. However, I was regularly around 176 during the afternoon before BP. I dropped to about 168 in famine and I just hit 180 pounds yesterday afternoon.

In the end, I gained 4 pounds and look the same if not lower in body fat

So all in all I would say my first run went down as a decent success. I think I can do better my next run knowing what I do now. Also I would love to try a run with KA (e-bol didn't seem to work out too well).

Thanks Rob!

Congrats for your success! +4 pounds of muscles in that little time is always impressive. 8)

I would like to warn you to drink responsively, moderation is always better and bla bla bla but... When college is over, job, car, house, pregnant wife to be, etc. it won't be the time to party anymore. I have been to university, I had good scores, but I also had good parties!

Enjoy it but don't self-destruct please!
