I dont know whats going on with my bench, but hopefully that goes up 2...

OK, very nice de-load. Now between now and max day, visualize your maxes not for a single - but for a triple!
Where the mind goes, the body will follow...

woot I will go for my maxes tommorow. Would have sooner but had a cough and thought id let my body recover from that before going for my maxes.. it will have been with like 4 days of rest I think.. should be good.
My stack is now in full effect.. so I should be able to go to a one on/one off pattern of lifting 2 days rest max..
should be able to get more workouts in before the end of my run.

ok well once again my bench doesnt want to cooperate
205x2 (1st rep only slight help thru the deadzone) and 205 x1(again just help in the deadzone)
and once again my DL is doing well
285x1(reg grip, was slipping so I rested another 10 mins) 285x2 PR (with alternating grip)
not a bad day overall
added 20 lbs to my DL max during the first phase of feast
the bench is still fighting me.. but I have a feeling itll be at least back up to my previous max by the end of this run.

Great work on that DL! Manmaker right there.
We'll figure the bench out. Once and awhile I see this... still trying to figure out a solution but its individual in each case I suspect.
GREAT work!

after this I was SPENT.. no need for hack squats and rom deads afterwards.

Smart move. Listening to your body like that..
Good man. In time, your work capacity will increase. Play it by ear. Your body won't lead you the wrong way....
