so happy for you man!
Yes, unfortunately no stims probably will effect you. I don't know if you have a solution yet but here's mine: stay on forever.
See? Easy solutions to life's problems.

lmao i love it man, well my plan was... soldier on and cycle off during cruise phase!
basically i was thinking of upping my dosage of caffeine i take pre workout (im very tolerant to caffeine regularly consume large amounts) and i was planning on doing this untill i can cycle off the stims to give myself that extra edge in the training room.
i have a very short attention span, when my focus is in check, im an animal... but when its not, every little thing around me gets my attention!

155x6
160x4
177x3

thanks rob, had another solid workout today! workout number 5... was alot easier than 4, but i still pushed like crazy...
tell you what though, i got a little carried away and may have overtrained my arms while focusing on my mind muscle connection, reccon this will be an issue?
my next upper body workout is like 6 days away so will be plenty of rest prior to my last feast workout

Wow, made it through good for you. I don't think the mind/muscle intensity on arms is an issue.
Especially so given the break you're citing..

GLP #4 Lower body
squat:
45x10
133x12
193x10
204x8
226x6
238x4
257x3
SLDL = 244 x 5
pull ups x 5
chin ups x 10
RDL = 210lbs x 7
NOTE: its looks really messy at the end there with no static hold or EDT block, basically im replacing lunges with chinups/pullups (couldnt decide) and wanted to practice them a little, massively ran out of energy and time (had work).
so yeah i think ill go with chins, because the roof is so low, i can only raise myself so the top of my head is inline with the bar (not my chin/face) so chin ups seem to be a lot easier to execute.
next workout i will be supersetting RDL with chinups, and see how i go!

At least you were able to make it into the gym instead of just skipping altogether.

Nevertheless, a new PR!
Fantastic and you were SMART to cut it short. Now, yet another PR awaits.
Guts, I say...
