preworkout i had 12g of bcaas, ultima, and maximize
intra i drank 24g bcaas, 6g citrulline malate and ~1 and a 1/3 tbsp razz lemonade mix
pwo was 1 scoop whey and ~3/4 of a chocolate chip cookie (a good sized cookie, couldnt handle any more sugar)
breakfast was a veggie egg white omelet, 4 eggs, and KA
lunch was buffalo chicken strips with chipotle mayo and 2 scoops whey
snack was some chicken tikka masala (very little)
dinner was 2 sample packs of trutein, a cookie, and KA

diet the past 2 days has been kind of sloppy. i took an extra rest day because my back was stiff yesterday. todays workout was awesome.
squat- 95x5, 135x5, 185x3, 225x6
stiff leg deadlift- 225x6
deadlift- 245x18, 255x6, 265x17
leg sled- +270x18, +320x24
squats went up easier than ever. i could have definitely pumped out 10+ squats at 225 with good form. deadlifts went up easy too, my legs werent shaking like last time and the weight wasnt much of a challenge so i upped it twice. this was my first time doing the leg sled so i started off light and bumped the weight up. next time ill shoot for 360+ since i finished 320 strong.

lunch was 1 buffalo chicken wrap and 2/3 of a turkey wrap with KA
dinner was chinese food- bourbon and orange chicken with rice
before bed ill take 3 scoops whey with KA and some almonds

breakfast was 8 mini egg and cheese omelets with KA
dinner was grilled chicken and shrimp, some potatoe salad and an unhealthy desert with KA
before bed i had 2 scoops whey with KA
birthday dinner yesterday with my family, turn 21 tomorrow.

intra was 40g bcaas, 2 tsp razz lemonade mix, and 6g citrulline malate
pwo was 1 scoop whey and breakfast immediately after
breakfast was 6 eggs with KA
lunch was 3 grilled chicken breasts with some tomato sauce and a little cheese with KA
dinner was deli sliced turkey mixed with broccoli cheddar soup
snack was 2 scoops whey, tbsp soy nut butter and KA
woke up tired, i only got about 6-7 hours of sleep the past 2 nights. last night i had trouble sleeping because i ate a huge meal too close to bed time. today my stomach has been uneasy and my throat was a little sore this morning. i wasnt able to finish my breakfast.

todays workout
bench- 105x10, 135x5, 200x3 with help on the last rep
db pullovers- 75x3
db incline bench- 60x37 in ~15 minutes
tbar rows- +105x38 in ~15 minutes
the lack of sleep really hurt me today. even tired, 200 didnt feel that heavy.

try some trazodone, works wonders for sleep
breakfast was a veggie egg white omelet with 4 eggs and KA
lunch was oven roasted turkey, some stuffing and mac n cheese with gravy and KA

its a prescription sleep med originally designed to treat depression but was determined more useful as a sleeping aid. it works better than ambien (for me) because it has a half life of 6-8 hours and keeps me asleep all night. ambien would wear off after 2-3 hours and have me waking up in the middle of the night.
anyways, im back after a long weekend. i did my leg workout friday and it went well even though i was tired and beginning to get sick. i pushed up 265 pretty easy but my back couldnt hold the weight with good form. my sweet spot seems to be somewhere between 225 and 265. i went for my deloading chest day on sunday but my cold completely wiped out my strength and motivation. i struggled with 175 and stopped after 2 sets of the incline EDT.

leg sled- 360x42 in ~15 min
ill be upping the weight of both deadlift and leg sled again.
on the bright side, i had a great birthday week and weekend. friday at the casino i made $180 playing poker for the first time and my friends threw me an awesome party. im just getting over my cold now and hope to be ready for another leg day tomorrow and new bench max friday. should i deload chest again since i struggled last time?

I wouldn't de-load again. Just eat up/rest up and hit it hard. Sometimes, you've just gotta go for it

my back was stiff and i was running short on time because i had to wait for a squat rack so i left out deadlifts.
squats- 95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x6
stiffleg deadlift- 225x8
leg sled- 410x42 in ~15 minutes
i noticed my back was tight when i was stretching, also getting over the cold didnt help my strength. 225 squats were a good amount more difficult than last time and my back form was suffering as well.
breakfast was a veggie egg white omelet and 6 eggs with KA
preworkout i took ultima and maximize v2
intra was 30g bcaas, 4g citrulline malate and 2 tsp razz lemonade mix
pwo was 1 scoop whey and 1 tbsp razz lemonade mix
lunch was a little bit of chicken korma and a turkey sandwich on wheat with 2 slices of cheese with KA
dinner was 2 chicken ceaser salad bowls and 3 pieces of chicken romano

Yeah, my whole office is sick. Something's going around..
It does suck when these things get in your way. It sounds though, like you're doing what you usually do... make the best of it.
One thing I do is 2 grams of Vit C every two hours while I'm awake if I feel something coming on. Stay close to a bathroom though, because it gives you the runs a bit.
Works though, every time for me. Hope it helps you man...
