In!
I'm going to run the bp for the first time in a few weeks and need to follow a log or two! I saw your mini log on nolinksplease.com as well.

Welcome my friend! Great to have you in the crew - you're one of the few who now know about this hidden treasure.
I got a friend of mine in on it, working on a second now!

Yeah, don't give ALL of them away for free
Truthfully, practice to "giving back" thread principle. I just think it's a nice way of giving back to those that really need it.

Curious... why won't these guys buy?
I don't think it's the money. I mean $35/one time? I realize I don't really advertise. You guys (word of mouth) is priceless to me b/c it's the only advertising I have.
I just don't want to do the ridiculous before/after BS crap everyone else does. No way I want my name associated with any of that...
And for all you guys with The Blueprint in your signature line supporting me/Blueprint over on nolinksplease.com...... can't thank you enough. The words are obviously heartfelt and you guys are fierce in your loyalty to the program. I know MANY of you have rebuked offers to share your BP's b/c I've seen the IM's. You guys stood strong..
I feel really, really good about that when I goto bed at night.
Thank you all..

Got in 30 minutes of good cardio tonight! BW 200.2 at the end of the day, so probably a pound or 2 lighter in the morning! Not bad if you ask me
