I feel great , my KA just arrived today so i feel GREATER!
I did chest again today, probably a little to early was / am sore. I kept the pace high with little rest so it probably had a great fat burning effect.
I was shocked at my incline press , I used to struggle with 70-80's today cracked out the 80's like nothing and moved right to 90's.
