I actually didn't go that crazy, not like I thought I would. I did start eating at 3:oo am tho,...lol. It was suppose to just be a bathroom break.....

Back to bed, Woke up at 4:40, 700 calorie protein shake.
PB, Oats, Whey, Banana, Milk, Yum....
I was low on groceries, and didn't really pig out too much at work. I didn't include my totals for the 3:00 am binge because it was in the middle of both days, so.....it really didn't happen..., right? Hahah.
I can barely walk today after that Squat session, I'll tell ya that lol.
