Ok a few comments..
The only outliers are as follows:
Cholesterol 203 H ........... <200 RED FLAG
Triglycerides 265 H ........... 30-150 RED FLAG
HDL Cholesterol 25 L ........... 31-75 RED FLAG
LDL 125 H ........... <100 Another RED FLAG
Total cholesterol isn't that out of whack, but the HDL/LDL splits are. Some additional cardio is warranted as well as diet cleanup is in order. Unsure on the diet portion but HIIT type cardio and/or sled dragging is highly recommended. You can really boost HDL's this way and lower those LDL's. Triglycerides too, need to be improved. I spoke with a nutritionist once who claimed this all went back to how much processed food was consumed. Take that for what it's worth.
Given this, I think some form of reduced carbohydrate diet is in order. Perhaps consuming carbs only peri-workout on training days. By switching your cellular metabolism to burning fat for fuel vs. carbohydrate you should see a nice reduction in the triglycerides, improvement in HDL's and reduction in LDL's. Most of the diet should be centered around lean meats, some eggs, cheese etc and of course, green veggies.
At first glance this won't make sense as these are high fat foods. However, with no carbs floating around to burn your body is forced to oxidize the fats for fuel such that they aren't stored.
Please PM me your real name/email address. I have some reading material I'd like to send you along these lines.
Finally, your test levels are pretty solid at your age. Unclear though, what they were relative to baseline levels. That would have told us a lot.
Otherwise, fine where they are..
Hope that helps...

Ok first workout.
Instead of bench press I did dumbell presses on a very slight incline.
Dumbell Presses 100 1 rep max
Dumbell Pullover 70 1 rep max( I mabe could have gone heavier)
Squats 300 1 rep max ( on a machine) bad knees
stiff legged deadlifts 225 lbs 1 rep max
still wanted to more, so i waited for 10 minutes then heavy dumbell slight incline flyes 3 sets ( big stretching involved here)
straigt arm lateral pull downs 3 sets (more stretching)
That was all.
Rob ....how about a set of standing barbell curls in this workout?

You can add a set of curls, no worries.
And yes, the loaded stretches really do add to results on the program. As you're finding, they're pretty sweet for recovery/finishing too!
