my appetite has still been up and down lately. its back to normal for the most part, but in general im just not as hungry as i used to be. today however, i only took 1 dose and still forgot to eat 2 meals and got to the dining hall late.

Ah yes, I remember the dining hall well. Vividly recall being there at 7AM on a weekend morning, the only one eating b/c everyone else was hung over.

before breakfast i took 10/100 EC
breakfast was 6 eggs over hard with 3 slices of american cheese, 2 mini hash browns/potato pancakes and 4 turkey sausage with KA
before lunch i took 10/100 EC
lunch was a serving of almonds and i scraped the chicken and cheese off of 2 small slices of pizza
dinner was the turkey, cheese and peppers out of a sandwich and the cheese and chicken off a slice of pizza with KA

a couple things ive noticed so far this week:
1- when i wake up every morning, im about as lean as ive ever been. the veins in my biceps dont pop as much as they have before, but my stomach and chest look as lean as they ever have.
2- my poop is still coming out very solid, which i thought was weird because the AD book said that stools would come out soft because of all the fat. maybe im doing something wrong? lucky?
also, forgot to mention yesterday i played a couple gets of full court basketball outside. just figured id put it here.
and another note, i was selected to log Evolution X10 on nolinksplease.com and will be using that as my intraworkout until im done.

If you're using a fiber supp you shouldn't have any bathroom issues. The EC helps in this dept too...
Yeah, the AD will for sure bring out the veins. I just lost too much muscle glycogen during the week though and felt stringy toward the end of the week. Hopefully, you'll hit your sweet spot...

breakfast was egg and cheese on a bagel and a small slice of buffalo chicken pizza and a chocolate chip cookie with KA
intra drank Evolution X10
pwo was sample packet prostar whey and anabolic innovations protein cookie
dinner was baked ziti and turkey potsticks
my friend brought me some ice cream with whip cream and chocolate syrup
any reason not to take the KA today if im not eating high protein?

No, KA will assist with the glycogen re-loading by virtue of not only the Ecdy, but also the 4-hydroxy. Plus the Kre-Alkalyn will hitch ride in with all that insulin you'll be generating.
Bet you're lovin' those carbs...

i was actually disappointed because the breakfast menu was different from what they served. i was looking forward to biscuits and tater tots. and there were no wheat bagels so i had to go plain. the cookie was delicious though.

so i was feeling a little sluggish and yawning and decided to take 10/100 EC before my workout. i got ~9 hours of sleep in total so im not sure why i wasnt more refreshed. my triceps were still a little sore and my quads were sore last night but not this morning. my legs were very flexible but my chest felt a little tight. ended up having an amazing workout though which was a great surprise.
bench- 100x15, 100x10, 135x3, 175x6 with help on the last rep
DB pullovers- 60x5
i picked up the 175 just to see how it felt and thought i wouldnt be able to do it. i asked someone for a spot and when i picked it up, just cranked out 4 no problem without even thinking about it. hit the 5th with a lot of trouble and asked him to help me for the 6th.
squat- 95x5, 135x5, 210x6
dimel daedlift- 245x5
i wasnt sure how much to up the weight for squat because last time i really struggled to get 8 with 195, however if i held the weight up and breathed long enough i could have hit that with 210. i got 6 and didnt feel like falling over so i think it was too easy. i only did 5 dimel deadlifts because my right leg started twitching out of control under the weight. probably could have done more weight for this as well.

this was the breakfast ive been waiting for
2 egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches and some french toast sticks with syrup with KA, about 1000 cals total
snack was a friends leftover chicken tikka masala
dinner was chicken tenders and some fries
i was only planning to do breakfast with carbs then go back to the fat/protein but i ended up going out for dinner with a friend.

before lunch i took 10/100 EC
lunch was 3 boneless buffalo chicken strips, no breading, and the cheese, tomato, and garlic off 2 small slices of pizza
snack was 2 tbsp peanut
dinner was a grilled chicken breast, 1 scoop whey, and the cheese, garlic, and tomato off of 2 small slices of pizza with KA
before bed is 1 tbsp peanut butter and 2 scoops casein
