Id like to give a big shout out to SNS-TTA 500 for keeping fat gain non existant on this run. It is an amazing supp and I highly recommend you all find some before its gone. its also golden on a cut.

all done with this run.. maintained weight thru cruise.. had my week off already and starting famine this monday for my next run
