GLP #6 Lower
145x10
185x5
220x3
250x1
280x1
310x1 [15lbs up]

SLDL 185lbs 6,6,6,6,6,6
Leg press 6 plates 6,6,6,6,6,6

Toe press 6 plates 15secx2

When I did my new 310 max I pretty much stayed half way for a few seconds until I finally started moving up again lol. Felt intense though, and I was nervious as hell before I started. But I'm happy with both upper and lower gains. Having Jiu jitsu for 2 hours can really take a lot out of you, I was worried my gains would decrease because of it. Maybe they did, but I at least made some progress.

Starting Keto tomorrow. My plan is to consume about 2100 cals on nonworkout days with only 20g carbs. I'll be about 60%fat, 30%protein, and 5% carb. Tomorrow I will not eat anything after 6pm to help induce ketosis more quickly.
I will be carbing up with a total of 70g carbs with the addition of "the formula" on workout days only. That should raise my cals to about 2400 on workout days.
Keto will continue until my cruise phase is over. So it will be approximately 3-4 weeks. My goal isn't to lose a tremendouse amount of fat, so that's pretty much why it will be so short. I just figured that cycling between famine, feast, and keto might be a good idea.
I will continue updating on my workouts as well as how I'm doing on keto.

Either way, I respect your decision. I'd just LOVE for the world to see over there, the POWER of smart, hard training vs. shotgunning product X for once!

So happy for you, you don't even know. I remember.... :)

Yes, I will. I know I didn't have much luck in the past (due to injuries) but I always believed in the BP. And it seems I've had a decent run this time around.

Cruise Day 1

Bench 185lbs 5sets of 5 reps - did this fairly easily.

Shoulder press 50lbs 3 sets of 5 reps then 60lbs 2 sets for 5 reps - really felt like my strength went up here. I remember I used to struggle with 55s on my last run.

Close grips bench - static hold
300lbs x 10secs.

Very short day, but I enjoyed it.

Keto, Day 3

On my third day of keto and everything is going steady so far. Woke up today feeling weak and hungry. After a good breakfast I felt quite a bit better and headed to the gym. Oddly enough, I was really craving my "formula" mix today. But after my workout I had more than half left so I tried to chug it before I showered, bad idea. Tastes good with little sips, but gets absolutely nasty with gulps. Never doing that again.
Not sure if I ever mentioned this, but I use 100% hydrolized whey. I know most people say it tasted horrid with that, but Purple wraath lemonade actually makes it taste decent.
Anyways, I will keep updating on how keto is going after every workout. Cheers.

how many carbs are you having in your mix of the formula? you are counting that toward your total count for the day, right?

I'm taking about 50g in the formula. Yes I am counting it. Mentioned it in the above post that on workouts I would be taking 70g carbs on w/o days. Is that enough carbs for a carb up? Wasn't really sure to be honest.
