I don’t really know yet. Will research it a little. Just off hand – I’d guess that while the fruit or juice (or extracts) might still have the enzyme related triggers intact, I doubt they would have significant levels of the cofactor precursor lipids involved that the seed oil has.
The fruit or juice (or extracts) would have much higher levels of antioxidants. However, I am doubtful that bottled juices retain high ORAC value…etc. For antioxidant value alone, one might be better off drinking sun tea made from leaves picked before fruit ripens.
For the purposes in this thread, I'd stick with with 1-3 black currant seed oil capsule as a 'catalyst' for the larger dose of fish oil... hth
