BW workout 8
pullups 7 4 3
push ups 36 32 23
situps 15 10 7
squats 90 80 52
decided that I will modify the loading pattern a bit.. will describe more Monday probably but I don't think doing a forth set will be that beneficial above and beyond my third..
3rd week measurements and photos on Monday.

So you are doing this workout two times in one day?
Essentially 10 pullups, 40 pushups, 20 situps and 140 squats? Sorry I am slow and into day 2 of my famine and not thinking straight but this does not seem like enough stresses on the body to me?
I do see some progress in your pictures though so something is working!

I do the workout twice but each set I do is to failure.. I.E until I physically cannot do anymore... also I am increasing density by adding in more sets..
so next workout is 2 sets to failure twice a day and so on... 2 steps forward one back
so the density and number of reps i do escalates quickly..
my current scheme is like so
x1sets mourning x1 sets night
x2sets mourning x2 sets night
x1 x1
x2 x2
x3 x3
x2 x2
x3 x3
x3 x3

also the total number of reps I did was
11pullups
61 pushups
35 situps and
170 SECONDS of static squats
