I checked it out at true protein; its cheap-ish there (id get the caps tho) but the appnut stuff is slightly cheaper... i need a link to the planet i keep forgetting the url

Sorry, I am assuming you asked for a medium or something, but L-XXL is all we have at present, as noted on the form.

Just list that you are due one on the *Notes section later on when you see the smaller sizes listed again and they will pack one for you. I will put the notation is in your file, so you'll be good to go.

I have PM'd you to see if anything else was not perfect.

I take the appnut one... it's awesome. And sometimes they have SICK deals on their site, 50% off coupon codes and stuff.

I do need a good joint supp (I got the typical Glucosamine + MSM + Chondroitin) but I'm poor as sin right now lol

Supps: 2-3 sets, 15-20 reps


Core: Deadlifts - 205x1, 1, 1
Supp 1: SLDLs - 65x15, 15
Supp 2: Hip Thrusts - 85x15, 15
Supp 3: Good Mornings - 55lbsx15, 10

I used hooks, forearm still a little sore. Cals were low and strength just wasnt there to rep out at 205 today.

Totals:
cals: ~1300
protein: 143.5 (1xBW)

How are those weights coming along?? Does bold = good/PR? If so, let's note that!! :)

Sunday's workout was my first workout without a PR - and it's mainly because it was deadlifts after 2-3 hours of paintballing and very VERY low calories (only maybe 600 by that point)

WOW. Take care on paintballing, etc. taking away from the gym... :)
